Professor Akira Sou

Kobe University, Japan

Professor Akira Sou has been working on various multi-phase flow dynamics related to liquid fuel injection technology for engines, urea SCR system for Diesel engine, cavitation, floating offshore wind turbine, liquid hydrogen carrier, ballast water treatment system using microbubbles and shock wave and so on with the collaborations of Japanese, EU and US research institutes.

Ir. Raymond Ivan H.A.S.

Head of Navigation District of Tanjung Priok, Indonesia

Ir. Raymond Ivan H.A.S. is currently the Head of District Navigation for Tanjung Priok and previously served as the Head of District of Navigation for Dumai. He was one of the members of Indonesia delegates that attended the Marine Safety Committee in IMO Headquarter to defend the proposal of Traffic Separation Scheme in Sunda Strait and Lombok Strait.

Dr. Jung Han Lee

Cluster LNG, Korea

JungHan Lee is currently president of Cluster LNG of South Korea. He founded the company in 2013 after 33 years at DSME (Current name HanWha Ocean). His last position at DSME was executive vice president and head of R&D institution. Cluster LNG company specializes small scale LNG liquefaction and LNG turbo machinery. He has published many innovative papers on LNG technologies and holds many international patents. Some of his patents have been applied to many LNG carriers and become de facto industrial standards, such as LNG fuel gas supply system and sealed LNG for FSRU. He has a BS degree in Naval Architecture from Seoul National University, and an Ocean Engineer’s Degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
